Return & Refund Policy

• Refund Policy:

  1. Requesting Refunds: All refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the purchase.

  2. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

  3. Payment Method: The original payment method used for the purchase will be utilized for refunds.

  4. Processing Fee: A 5% processing fee will be applied to all refund requests.

• Cancellation Policy:

  1. Advance Notice: For cancellations, please make your request at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity.

  2. Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled activity will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  3. Non-Refundable: Cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will not be eligible for a refund.

• Exceptions:

  Refunds and cancellations are not available for the following:

  • Gift certificates or vouchers.

  • Activities that are sold out or have limited availability.

  • Activities that are weather-dependent.
